How will package be delivered to you?
Package is delivered over 12 weeks, either in-person or via zoom. Online access has made it very easy to support clients from all sides of the globe.
Sessions alternate between 2 hour duration slots and 1 hour duration slots.
Sessions occur every week. This can be very flexible to suit individual requirements for integration/processing time. Some clients prefer to space them out to every 10 or 14 days and that’s ok too - you get to 12 sessions in total, spaced out as you wish. You will get a link to booking diary after sign up where you can choose times that best suit you.

What’s different about this programme?
The Quantum package is for those who seek spiritual growth and ascension. As humans, we do not grow and evolve just simply by adopting a spiritual practice, joining a like-minded tribe, learning numerous alternative modalities, mindlessly meditating and burning sage alone!!!!! We grow and evolve spiritually by working through our trauma and all of its residual by-products. This programme supports you to face, embrace and release the denied aspects of your shadow self that were created by situations and people you had no control over.
You will be cocooned in an unconditionally non-judgemental and sacred space where you are completely safe to excavate out your deepest wounds without fear, shame or recourse.
There is consistent and stable support for you as you clear out the traumas that have held you back til now.

What happens after the Breakthrough & Reboot package is complete?

I have not enough words to say what Ciara is to me. She has been an anchor for me. Someone who guided me calmed me down and showed me the way when I was so full of fear, hopelessness and in a state of complete panic, unhappy and having no knowledge of how to move ahead, where to go, what to do or who I was. Her work has helped me resolve a whole lot of issues that were not allowing me to live at all ... I was up against a wall and I didn't know it.
I lost my little sister in 2022, I had moved in with her small family - her husband, little daughter and her - before my sister passed, at the time thinking I would be assisting them in taking care of their daughter while they were busy with doctors and hospital visits. I never left because my sister passed away suddenly and her daughter and husband were beyond devastated. So was I. My sister was my best friend, my everything, the reason I did everything, my happiness, she supported me all through life. I didn't know life without her. We had lost our mom when we were kids and had leaned on each other grown up together and found happiness again by being with each other 24/7. She was my life's blessing, my safe place, my home. So losing her was and is a massive shock when she passed away. When she left my only priority and focus was loving my little niece and being present for her.
And because she passed away so young, as had my mother, I was concerned about my health as anything could happen to anyone at any time. Speaking with doctors and doing tests had me going crazy thinking that I was next to die and that my niece would be left alone once again. I could not bear to think that thought. How I went through that year until I contacted Ciara in October 2023, I still don't know.
By describing my grief and my current state in life to her, Ciara made me realise my value, she made me see my position and my worth. She made me look at myself through the eyes of my family, my loved ones and how my presence and the love I gave my family made them whole happier and complete. This is something I could never see in myself all through my life until now.
The discovery call with Ciara was I cannot even describe it, I blurted out everything I was feeling to her. I felt an instant connection with her and she didn't really say anything extraordinary but her words held a weight of certainty, how she assured me had no persistence in it she spoke to me plainly yet her words seemed to be backed by a knowledge from something bigger and her energy just calmed me down and I knew I would be ok.
Working with Ciara was everything I had wanted it to be and it was so much more than that. As you go through life, there are some amazing things and people you wish for to happen to you in your life's journey and Ciara is all of those wishes come true. She is not just doing her job she is doing sacred healing, she is herself an angel. Honest to the core and going all out to help you heal, she is intuitive, unaggressive, someone otherworldly. For me she is now family.
When I began working with her, I had severe pain at the base of the right side of my neck, after a deep energy clearing in my first session that pain reduced by almost 50 percent and now at the end of my 12 sessions with her it is completely gone. When I began working with Ciara I was unable to hang from my gymnastics bar at home as my left shoulder was so painful it wasn't able to take my weight. Now that pain has gone completely. And the biggest physical change I see in myself is that I had an abdomen full of multiple large fibroids, they haven't disappeared just yet but I definitely feel them to be reducing in size everyday. I can stay longer and not have to run to the bathroom everytime I drink water. These are just a few mentions of the manifold change I have seen in myself.
People close to me have also noticed that I am a very different person, I was never able to stand up for myself, I am now calmer, more relaxed, feel lighter, have little to no stress, I am able to distance myself silently from people and situations that do not serve me. I am super intuitive and am able to understand beforehand when things, situations, people are good for me or not and what they may have in their mind for me. I am able to take better care of myself. Grounding has an electric energy we all need to literally download all the negativity we pick up from our interactions during our days from living life. Meditation, journaling and affirmations and taking time out for myself are paramount. I am doing my best in continuing everything to have a better quality of life. Ciara's work has shown me hope, has shown me that there's a lot of happiness ahead for me and I am immensely grateful to her for it.
This may not resonate with some but for people who are struggling and may not physically look like they are but feel unsupported, alone, unloved, hopeless, fearful. I can assure you that faith in yourself will make everything disappear. Ciara has shown me how to have faith in myself. My traumatic life experience led me to become a psychotherapist, helping others work through their trauma. I consider myself very trauma informed. I had access to and availed of the assistance of the most wonderfully skilled psychotherapists and over the years I engaged in very intense and deep psychotherapy to help me with processing my own personal trauma. Psychotherapy was an invaluable intervention for me. However, as time went on and chronic debilitating physical symptoms began to set in, I knew psychotherapy wasn’t going to be enough. I had seen the same pattern with my own clients. Increasingly, I saw the need for a multi-faceted approach with trauma healing. For me, there were other pieces of the puzzle I needed to put in place to deeply heal and be free. Ciara’s work was one of those key pieces.
